Get Accredited to Keep WA Moving – Main Roads Approved Training

Looking to work in traffic management or control on Western Australian roads? You’re in the right place. We’re a Main Roads WA approved training provider, trusted across WA for delivering practical, high-quality, nationally recognised traffic management training.

Who Needs This Training?

Anyone responsible for setting up traffic management signs, controlling vehicle or pedestrian traffic, or working near live roads must hold a current and valid Traffic Management Certificate of Accreditation, issued by a Main Roads WA approved provider—like us.

This includes those conducting:

  • Roadworks

  • Construction

  • Events

  • Utility maintenance

  • Council works


Courses We Offer

  • Basic Worksite Traffic Management & Traffic Controller (Combined Course)
    For new entrants or those needing full accreditation to control traffic and set up signage.

  • Basic Worksite Traffic Management & Traffic Controller (Refresher Course)
    For workers with current or recently expired accreditation needing to renew their 3-year certification.

All accreditations are valid for 3 years, after which re-accreditation is mandatory.


Pre-Requisites

Before enrolling, you must:

  • Hold a valid Australian (or WA accepted) driver’s licence (minimum Stage 2 learner; no learner’s permits accepted)

  • Hold a valid White Card (CPCWHS1001 – Work Safely in the Construction Industry)

  • Have basic English language, literacy, and numeracy skills
