You have a need today as we did when we launched Australian Training Management – to deliver high quality, cost-effective training solutions to your employees.
30 years later, and as an Australian owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO), our extensive list of training courses and qualifications have you covered in every area of high calibre training and business solutions.
We are 100% committed to upskilling you.
The mission statement we live by drives us ‘to work with our clients by providing quality and flexible training solutions that will enhance their capability and business’. It’s in our nature to train to succeed – qualities we intend to pass onto YOU.
The 50+ short courses we offer are available can be delivered at our 2 modern training centres in West Swan or Jandakot, or on-site to reduce workplace disruption. We categorise them under five main industry sectors:
- General Safety Training
- High-Risk Work
- Main Roads Accreditation
- Plant Operator Training
- Aviation Training
Course information details the aim of each course, the amount of time needed to complete the course, general course information and the qualifications the successful participant takes back to their workplace.
General Safety Training
This category is packed with the longest list of courses due to the large scope of training that we as a registered training organisation offer. Training courses can run from 4 hours a day, seen with the likes of the Provide CPR course and the Restricted Asbestos Licence qualification, to 6 and 8-hour courses like the respective Tilt-Up Supervisor, Overhead Gantry Crane and Identify, Locate & Protect Underground Services courses. Some other course titles include but are not limited to:
As a Registered Training Organisation, all successful course participants walk away with a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment.
Many courses make up this category. Course durations vary between two and four days to complete due to the knowledge and practical levels required by Worksafe to achieve the high-risk licence. Depending on the participant’s experience, the course may be completed earlier.
Course titles include but are not limited to:
- Operate a Forklift
- Elevating Work Platform (on our brand new genie Z45)
- CN Crane to Slewing Crane (over 100 Tonnes)
All successful course participants achieve the relevant nationally accredited Statement(s) of Attainment along with their High-Risk Licence.
Plant Operator Training
As WA’s experts in personalised plant operator training, we are able to offer most different certifications under this section. We understand the safety and operation of all plant equipment, from Front End Loader to Skid Steer Loader to Grader certification. Other courses include but are not limited to:
Main Roads Accreditation
There are several courses within this category. Please check the pre-requisites for all courses relating to Traffic Management and Traffic Control.
Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) and Traffic Control (TC) is essential for workers who need to cover the safe and efficient set-up and control of traffic in a variety of roadwork situations. This 2½ day course is suitable for anyone looking to or required to work on, or near, Western Australian roads and is required to read, interpret and implement traffic management plans and to control worksite or main roads traffic.
