Scheduled Training

Meeting the Needs of INDUSTRY AND OF OUR Corporate Clients

Rather than setting a fixed training schedule for the next 6 or 12 months, Australian Training Management focuses on meeting the evolving needs of the industries we serve and consequently the needs of our corporate clients by offering a client driven training schedule.  Tell us what you need, and we will make it happen.

The majority of our course dates are set by our corporate clients who usually have a small window of opportunity to conduct training due to project schedules, and who are prepared to ‘underwrite’ a course by booking at least the minimum course number required for the course to be viable.

Of course, corporate clients can also book individuals on to any of our scheduled public courses.

Please contact our Training Coordinator on 08 9274 1277, or email us at bookings@australiantraining.com.au to book a course at the time that suits the needs of your business.

On-Site Training

Australian Training Management offers on-site services for corporate clients who require their training and assessment to be conducted in a more convenient location, and at a date and time convenient to their on-site operations.

Our courses, qualifications and programs can be tailored to suit the flexibility required by our corporate clients, who wish to minimise workplace disruption, whilst maximising the efficiency of training time and effort. Such services include course delivery, apprentice and traineeship delivery, machine operator assessment and Verification of Competency (VoC) assessments.

The delivery of on-site training and assessment is subject to the required equipment and facilities being made available by the client, to ensure that the required training outcomes (performance and assessment criteria) can be met.

Corporate Discount Rates

Group discounts or other incentives are available for companies that underwrite a course that is delivered at our West Swan, Jandakot and Nowergup Training Centres.

Attractive pricing structures are also available for corporate clients who wish to have the course delivered at their premises or work-site.

To reduce the training administration workload of our West Australian corporate clients, Australian Training Management will bulk bill the Construction Training Fund for our approved corporate clients and employees; thus vastly reducing the cost of upskilling your workforce.

Safety Induction Programs

Australian Training Management specialises in the delivery of company / work-site safety induction programs. You can have your induction and safety message delivered by our qualified, passionate Trainers.

Meeting the Needs of Individual Clients

As our private and individual clients are just as important to us as our corporate clients, Australian Training Management will also schedule new course dates in response to forecast industry needs.

Clients who wish to attend a scheduled training course and are more flexible in relation to the day they can attend training are encouraged to check the Course Schedule and either book online or contact our Training Coordinator to make a booking.

Booking Policy

It is our booking policy that no course place will be reserved on a course unless full payment, or a Purchase Order, has been received at least 7 working days in advance of course commencement. As such, courses for which no payments have been received may be rescheduled.

Funding & Incentives

Construction Training Fund (CTF)

Australian Training Management is an approved Construction Training Fund provider of courses for which employers and employees involved in the construction process are eligible to access training course subsidies.

To determine training subsidy eligibility, the Construction Training Fund will ultimately decide if a course participant is involved in the construction process, in an eligible role involved on an eligible construction project / site. This includes contractors and sub-contractors and their staff who wish to claim the training subsidy.

Eligible employers and individuals may get up to 70% off the cost of a course in the Perth metro area, and up to 80% off the cost of a course in remote areas of Western Australia.

ATM bulk bills the CTF on behalf of our corporate clients

To assist our West Australian corporate clients, and in order to streamline the claims process, Australian Training Management will bulk bill the CTF for every eligible course participant, even if they are your only person booked on to that course.

Individual claims

To see if you are eligible to claim the training subsidy, please contact us on 08 9274 1277. Further information can be found via the Construction Training Fund (CTF)
