Australian Training Management Pty Ltd is a West Australian owned and operated Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We are specialists in the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective training solutions, together with the flexibility to manage training from an individual to large company requirements.

Resulting from the evolution and growth of Earthmoving Industry Training Services (established in 1989), Australian Training Management was incorporated as a company on July 1st 2000 to provide training specialising in the earthmoving industry where there was little private training available.

30+ years on, Australian Training Management are proven specialists in personalised Construction Safety Training, High Risk Work Licencing, Main Roads Accreditation, Plant Operator Training, Apprenticeships and Traineeships. Our flexible training schedule of short courses are fully integrated into the civil and building construction, plant operations, mining, resources, aviation, transport and logistics, horticulture, business and high risk work industries.

Australian Training Management are also experts in the provision of Nationally Recognised Training Qualifications and Units, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services within the Australian Qualifications Framework, under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

The delivery of high quality training programs remains of paramount importance to Australian Training Management. In response to differing client needs, we offer a wide range of scheduled public training courses at our modern and inviting Training Centre in West Swan, Jandakot and at Tamala Park, Western Australia. Our short courses, qualifications and training programs can also be delivered on-site for our corporate clients wishing to minimise workplace disruption, whilst maximising opportunity and the efficiency of training.

Registered to deliver in every State and Territory of Australia, Australian Training Management offers individual units of competence through to full traineeships and qualifications. Our Australia-wide coverage means that we can offer national clients consistency across the regions.

Normal hours of business are 7.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday, however our professional training services can be booked outside of those hours, at weekends and during public holidays by prior arrangement based on your needs.
