- Improve employees' efficiency and skills in everyday tasks
However, they also:
- Provide a significant springboard toward Quality Assurance Certification
- Act as a major tool for the use in competency based HR processes, including recruitment, selection, position descriptions / job description forms, training, assessment and performance management.
The advantages of purchasing from Australian Training Management Pty Ltd are that these Task Procedures are:
- Tried and proven
- Developed by Quality Assurance Consultants with significant experience in the development of systems and processes for local government
- Available at a fraction of the cost of the development, in both hardcopy and on-line formats.
Audit Checklists
The systems implemented using the Task Procedures incorporate Observation Checklists designed specifically for audit/review purposes of either the procedure or the employee engaged in the nominated task. From the outset this was considered as a vital component of the Task Procedure system, as employers are acutely aware of the need to determine whether their employees are competent to carry out the assigned task. If an employee is not, the employer needs to address the training needs and then faithfully record competence and training completed. Correctly applied, our processes accomplish all this, and more.
The Task Procedure documentation is designed to comply with Quality Assurance requirements and provides a major stepping stone for those companies wishing to pursue QA certification.
Available for Purchase
The system is available as a ‘macro’ and intended to be changed to look and feel like it has been developed specifically for your organisation. Our service is available to customise existing procedures and/or to work along with your employees to develop new procedures if required.
