ATM Quality

In our progressive, yet demanding society, quality training is not a luxury - it is a necessity.

Australian Training Management Pty Ltd is passionate about training. At the same time we have a balanced view as to its place in your business.  Training should always be meaningful and beneficial to your business - it shouldn’t be just a matter of being ‘compliant’.

Sadly a ‘tick-and-flick’ mentality exists in some training organizations. All too often today training companies will take short-cuts.

That won’t happen at Australian Training Management Pty Ltd.  As a matter of fact, over the years customer focus quality surveys consistently show that the results experienced by our many corporate, government and private clients have been beyond their expectation.  This can only be attributed to the fact that we continue to listen to and work with our clients to produce meaningful training programs that enhance their employees’ capabilities with the highest degree of safety and proficiency.

Make the right decision and receive quality training by selecting a training organisation that sees quality, not just as a word, but as a driving force behind all that it does.

From taking your initial inquiry right down to the forwarding of certificates, Australian Training Management Pty Ltd has in place approved, audited procedures to ensure you get the very best service possible.

Re-registration Audit Report

Australian Training Management Pty Ltd received a glowing report following its most recent State Recognition Authority (SRA) audit for re-registration against the three AQTF 2007 Essential Standards for Registration in October 2007.  The auditors report states:

Standard 1:
The Registered Training Organisation provides quality training and assessment across all of its operations.

“The RTO provided good practice training and assessment strategies, assessment tools, mapping and management processes ensuring quality outcomes are achieved for the learners and associated industry clients seeking the qualification/UOC and/or accredited outcomes.”

Standard 2:
The Registered Training Organisation adheres to principles of access and equity and maximizes outcomes for its clients.

“The RTO provided review and feedback records and reports from clients, learners, staff, host employers and work supervisors that represent high quality and consistent feedback.  The current learning and assessment tools and strategies are focused on the individual and their learning needs.  The RTO has mechanisms in place to assist trainees who need additional learning support.  The (WA Department of Training) Contract report for funded programs also clearly demonstrated that the RTO consistently meets and ensures learner outcomes within each funded program.  The RTO provided employer repeat business requests and data indicating excellent levels of training and assessment services satisfaction.”

Standard 3:
Management systems are responsive to the needs of clients, staff and stakeholders, and the environment in which the RTO operates.

“The RTO has a certified ISO9001 management system independently audited and aligned and integrated to ensure all requirements of AQTF 2007 Essential Standards for Registration are also met.  The RTO has provided comprehensive evidence for audit that supports and demonstrates they have a management system of high quality representing good practice.”
