Course design & accreditation
Does your organisation deliver training in-house?
Are your training programs a little tired or just simply not achieving what you'd like or expected?
Have you seen what your competitors are using and think it's time to update to current standards?
If so, then Australian Training Management Pty Ltd can help.
When designing programs Australian Training Management Pty Ltd first conducts a Training Needs Analysis. That process always involves the client (stakeholder) and is recorded and expressed in line with the principles that guide Competency Based Training and Assessment.
As a result, curriculum developed includes well-defined learning outcomes based on the needs of the job, with implementation strategies cognisant of the needs of the enterprise. Just as importantly, resulting curriculum incorporates a flexible approach to learning that will take place at a time, in a format, and at a level, which is most appropriate to both the enterprise and the learner.
Required competencies are clearly specified, the criticality of their application in the workplace is measured. The conditions under which performance is to be demonstrated is defined and the enterprise participates in establishing the performance standard required before the learner is regarded as competent to achieve the enterprises desired outcome.
