Accreditation/endorsement of your existing learning resources

Having been in the Training industry for two decades, Australian Training Management Pty Ltd is in the best position to be able to provide a long-term partnering arrangement that will lead to endorsement of existing learning resources.  Working together we can easily review your organisations current programs and upgrade them where necessary to align with endorsed competency standards.

Accreditation of Member Trainers and Assessors

Where a partnership is formed the RTO is responsible for ensuring the quality of training delivery and assessment.  To that end, Australian Training Management Pty Ltd accredits trainers and assessors operating under the partnering arrangement as ‘on-site associates’.

If your trainers require formal training we can assist with the provision of our accredited 'Training and Assessment' (TAA40104) programs.  When we do, we'll tailor the practical component of the program so that site specific learning resources and assessment instruments are developed and used.  A far cry from a generic public course approach.

Audit of Training and Assessment Conducted by On-site Associates

As the RTO responsible for the quality of your enterprise training delivery and assessment, Australian Training Management Pty Ltd conducts regular on-site audits of associates operating under the partnering arrangement.  These are ‘by arrangement’ with no surprises.

Training Advocacy for On-site Associates

Our partnering arrangements include a training advocacy service to associates, providing regular updates of changes within the VET sector that affect the partnering arrangements, a regular newsletter, and direct access to management for advice on training related issues.

Issue of Recognised Qualifications

On receipt of notification from the on-site associate that a candidate has successfully demonstrated an ability to meet the required competencies, Australian Training Management Pty Ltd issues the qualification.  Interim authorisations covering the enterprise by providing evidence that the person has been trained and assessed as competent, are implemented. 

Formal certification includes the provision of A4 size certificates and wallet cards (where applicable).

Australian Training Management Pty Ltd and its associates are approved to issue qualifications from Certificate I to MBA.  It should be noted that TAFE colleges are limited by legislation to issuing qualifications from AQF Level I to Level VI and Universities are limited by legislation to issuing qualifications from Level VII to MBA.  The issue of qualifications above Level VI is a major issue for organisations seeking to involve upper level management in training – something that should be an integral part of any partnering arrangement.
